Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-Time Flex Houseparents provide supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreation, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like home environment. The role requires a valid US driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to reside on campus. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older. High school diploma or GED required; relocation assistance and paid training provided. The position transitions from a Flex Houseparent to a Placed Houseparent over time, with a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off.
