Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School, a two-person, married-couple role residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 youths. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role progresses from a nine-on/three-off duty cycle toward a Placed Houseparent arrangement living with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a two-year married partnership with both spouses aged 27+. Required Qualifications
