Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple position for Full-Time Flex Houseparents living on-campus in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role transitions from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a stable Placed Houseparent assignment with a same-group student home.
