Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Manage household routines, administer medications, and drive students to activities while planning recreational engagements. Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. Oversee budgeting and household reporting. Work a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a specific student group. Both spouses must be married for at least two years, age 27 or older, and hold a valid driver's license to operate student home vans.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
