Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School located on-campus in Hershey, PA; couples reside in student homes and provide supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students, including daily routines, medications, transportation to activities, budgeting, and leading devotions and Chapel. Initially rotating across homes on an every-nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual placement in a single student home. Required Qualifications

- Two-spouse, married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
