Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time Flex) on an on-campus campus in Gordon, WV oversee a group of 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, care, and guidance. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and progressing from initial nine-on/three-off duties to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student group. Required Qualifications

- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
