Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time, two-person couple) live on-campus at Milton Hershey School and supervise a group of approximately 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle during the initial phase and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student group.
