Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents role at Milton Hershey School on a Pennsylvania campus. Married couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule initially involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
