Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (two-person, married-couple) needed to live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. Full-time Flex Houseparents provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, and participate in a rotating schedule (nine days on duty, three days off) before transitioning to aPlaced Houseparent role. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; includes relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package (medical/dental/vision, life, disability, retirement, paid time off, housing and meals on duty). Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities emphasize mentorship, safety, student welfare, and faith-based activities in a structured, family-like environment.
