Job Summary
Houseparents, a two-person, full-time on-campus role for legally married couples, reside in an on-site student home to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, and engage in activities, devotions, and Chapel; the position includes initial nine-days-on/three-days-off rotations with eventual placement as a steady houseparent in the same student home; relocation to Hershey, PA is required and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years married together
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Proven integrity and professionalism
