Job Summary
Two-person married couple full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, to provide daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, and engagement in development and recreation for a group of approximately 8–13 students; lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting; initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person married couple
- legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Sunday Chapel
