Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to a group of 8–13 students while managing household routines and schedules. Administer medications, ensure student wellness, and drive students to activities. Plan and actively engage in developmental and recreational programs, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. Oversee budgeting and household reporting. Work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with unscheduled time available on weekdays while students are in school. This two-person role requires a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both aged 27 or older, to reside in on-campus student homes and foster a structured, family-like environment for academic, emotional, and social development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
