Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time) reside on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a Flex Houseparent (nine days on, three off) to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student home. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate with relocation assistance provided. Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for legally married couples
