Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School, a two-person, married-couple placement located on-campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, and lead daily devotions and chapel activities. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, paid time off, relocation assistance, and paid training. Both spouses must complete individual applications to be considered. Salary is $46,917 per person (approx. $180,000 total per couple when including housing and meals). Requires high school diploma or GED, legal marriage for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and capability to lead religious services within a Judeo-Christian context.
