Job Summary
Houseparents provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in on-campus homes; duties include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparents to a placed Houseparent role. This is a full-time, on-campus position requiring a legally married couple to reside with the students, with a 9-on/3-off duty schedule initially.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
