Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple will serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents living on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, supervising and guiding 8–13 students in a family-like home environment. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role after initial nine-on, three-off duty cycles. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, the couple must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses must be age 27 or older, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided. The role is on-campus, in-person, with salary of $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple) including housing and meals on duty.
