Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School are a two-person, married couple role residing in on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment to support students’ academic, emotional, and social development. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off duty cycle and progresses to a Placed Houseparent arrangement living with the same group of students. A valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required. Education requirement is a high school diploma or GED.
