Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents on-campus in Hershey, PA; provide supervision, mentorship, daily routines, medication administration, transportation, and devotional activities to 8–13 students; initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living and working with the same group of students; includes on-campus housing, meals while on duty, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
