Job Summary
Houseparents, Full-Time Flex Houseparents for a two-person married couple role residing in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and activities for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a Flex Houseparent to a Placed Houseparent with same student group. Compensation per person is $44,768 annually with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, and paid time off. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
