Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School’s on-campus residences in Hershey, PA. They reside in student homes, provide supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students, administer medications, drive to activities, and plan development and recreational activities. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and supporting a transition to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. The role requires married spouses (both must apply), a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and a valid driver’s license with ability to drive student vans; benefits include relocation assistance and paid training.
