Job Summary
Two-person married couple team to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus in student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting. Initially working nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same student group. Relocation assistance provided; includes comprehensive benefits and paid training.
