Job Summary
Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a Full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples living in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and development support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday chapel, budgeting and reporting. Work cycle begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement for two-person role
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
