Job Summary
Two-person, on-campus Houseparents for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include providing daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent living in their own student home; benefits include relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, and on-duty housing and meals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, two-person role
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
