Job Summary
Two-person married couple live-in Flex Houseparents on the Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, responsible for daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting and household reporting for a group of approximately 8–13 students; role transitions from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent within student homes; includes relocation to campus, on-site housing and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, two-year married requirement
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
