Job Summary
Married couples needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to live on campus and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off cycles to a placed houseparent living arrangement. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance provided; two spouses must be legally married for at least two years and both be 27 or older. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year marriage duration
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role modeling for students
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
