Job Summary
Two-person, fully-staffed Houseparents position at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and supervise 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support, including administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing household routines and budgeting. After initial nine-on/three-off duty cycles, staff transition to a Placed Houseparent role with a consistent student home. Compensation includes base salary per person ($46,917) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires a two-year married couple with both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications; relocation is provided.
Required Qualifications
