Job Summary
Two-person married couple role as Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and development support for approximately 8–13 students, including supervision, routines, medications, transportation to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions, and oversight of budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
