Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents, Full-Time Flex Houseparents for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA (relocation to Hershey) at Milton Hershey School. Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students; manage household routines, supervise student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting. Schedule initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person around $46,917 (approximately $180,000 total per couple with housing/meals/benefits), relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off. Requires two-person married couple, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a drug- and alcohol-free campus; strong integrity and professionalism; willingness to participate in Judeo-Christian chapel activities and daily devotions.
