Job Summary
Houseparents provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for groups of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role is a two-person, full-time position for couples, with an initial nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role in a student home. Compensation includes salary per person, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.
