Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to living with the same student group as a Placed Houseparent.
