Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide daily supervision and mentorship, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, and paid time off; relocation assistance and paid training provided. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be at least 27 years old, with up to three dependent children allowed in the home.
