Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School located on campus in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent assignment living with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
