Job Summary
Houseparents, Full-Time position for a married couple residing on campus in Hershey, PA, to supervise and guide a group of 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, on-campus housing, meals on duty, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
