Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple serves as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and providing supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-days-on/three-days-off schedules to a placed houseparent role. Requires experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, the ability to lift 50 lbs, a high school diploma or GED, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA (on-campus housing included). Relocation assistance and paid training provided; compensation is $44,768 per person with total couple compensation around $168,000 including housing and benefits.
