Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Houseparent roles living in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. Couples supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage daily routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee household budgeting and reporting. Initially, duty follows a nine-on, three-off schedule and may transition to a placed Houseparent living in the same student home. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training; requires high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old. Applicants must complete individual applications per spouse. Locations include Hershey, PA and Rutledge, GA with on-site, in-person work arrangements.

- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
