Job Summary
Houseparents, Full-Time Flex Houseparents. Two-person married couple live on-campus in student homes to supervise, mentor, and support ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; relocation to Hershey, PA is provided. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Salary per person is $46,917 with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; for consideration, both spouses must complete individual applications. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year minimum marriage requirement for both spouses
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children in home
