Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Flex Houseparents) for Milton Hershey School are a two-person, full-time on-campus role in Hershey, PA. The couple resides in on-campus student homes and provides care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule initially involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed student-home assignment. Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with the ability to drive student vans, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free, alcohol-free campus environment.
