Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, coordinating routines and activities, administering medications, driving students to activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel; initial nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with on-campus housing and meals provided; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse requirement: both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
