Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple needed to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 (approx. $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive insurance, retirement, paid time off, relocation assistance, and paid training. Qualifications include experience with youth, legal marriage for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, and a high school diploma or GED. Proselytizing prohibited; on-site housing provided; on-campus setting with emphasis on student success.
