Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in a student home and provide care, supervision, mentorship, medications administration, driving to activities, and engagement in developmental and recreational activities for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, youth mentorship, budgeting and reporting, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off schedules to a placed houseparent role with a stable student home. The role offers relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs., and adherence to campus rules; the position is a two-person couple role requiring both spouses to apply.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years married-relationship (legally married for at least two years) for a two-person role
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
