Job Summary
Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on-campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, and structured daily routines, including supervising activities, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting, and providing family-like support. Initially schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is part of the role; benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement, paid time off, and relocation assistance.
