Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married-couple role residing on campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a consistent student-home assignment. Prohibitions on smoking, weapons, and alcohol on duty; preference for individuals who can support Judeo-Christian chapel activities and lead devotions.
