Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home.
