Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (two-person married couple) will reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and may transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Relocation assistance is provided, and benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement, PTO, paid training, and housing/meal provisions. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, be legally married for at least two years, and complete individual applications.
