Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role progresses from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
