Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. They transition from nine days on / three days off to a Placed Houseparent role with the same students, supported by relocation and comprehensive benefits included in the compensation package.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Additional Requirements
- Two-spouse, married-couple requirement
- Both spouses at least 27 years old
- No more than three dependent children in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Prohibits alcohol on duty; smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Commitment to Judeo-Christian chapel attendance; proselytizing prohibited
