Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Flex Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor groups of roughly 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning recreational and developmental activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed home for the same group of students. Relocation benefits provided; paid training; comprehensive benefits; PTO. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to obtain driver certification for student vans; two-year marriage minimum; both spouses must be 27+, and relocation to Hershey, PA is part of the role.

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
