Job Summary
Two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and a structured, family-like environment for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving and planning activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; compensation includes salary per person with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two years married, age 27 or older per spouse
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Prohibition of alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children reside in the home
