Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents will reside on-campus in student homes in Wellsboro, PA, to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, budget oversight and household reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
