Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Houseparents (Full-Time) live on campus in student homes, provide supervision and mentorship to 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive/planes activities, lead devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting/reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role; requires relocation to Hershey, PA, two-year-married status for both spouses, 27+ years old per spouse, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with campus rules; benefits include housing, meals on duty, insurance, retirement, PTO, and relocation assistance.
